Rate this book
This book is about developing your personal leadership capacity in difficult situations. We call them red zones. They are places where: the need to achieve objectives are immediate, the obstacles are formidable, the options available are limited and time is running out. We all go there but not everyone scores. Those that score do so because they've remained relevant in this hyper-competitive world of work. Recognize and apply the three core-concepts and seven operating principles in this book and you will be sought out to lead successfully when the pressure is on. Contained in this book are the secrets to the development of critical-thinking skills that separate you from field. Make more money. Be more confident. Win in business and life!

While a large focus of the book is how a relationship with God will reinforce the tenets Tillman talks about, the content inside builds a strong foundation of interpersonal respect, communication, and self-responsibility. Even as a non-Christian I found the content inside to be valuable in getting out of my own head and seizing the opportunities life gives without worrying about the Red Zones
