One of her goals is to one day travel to Europe and to Jamaica with her daughter.

"Consequence" by Mina S. Love - has hot, spice, and everything naughty. This love story is raw, with elements of suspense and mystery. I felt, I was on a rollercoaster and I didn't know when it was going to end; but at the same time, I didn't care - I was enjoying the thrill of the ride that was, Adriana and Grayson.
Their love story continued to pull at my heart strings though out the entire book; their feelings for each other poured from the pages; I felt that love, deep within my soul. I wanted them to have their epic romance, but like every relationship, there were obstacles and people that stood in the way. Literally. And, his name was Anthony Cambridge - a colleague/mentor of Adriana's. I thought, allowing the reader to see things from Anthony's point of view was brilliant on Mina's part. This book was an amazing read with a twist at the end that will leave you wanting more. I highly recommend this book to anyone who will listen!
I can't wait to see how Adriana and Grayson's journey will pan out in the second book. Stay tuned!

Oh. My. God. Current best read of the year! I highly recommend this book to any one who likes a little kink with their thrillers. I can't believe this is a debut novel. I loved and at times hated these characters. What's in store next?

This is a thrilling suspenseful romance story, which I love, that has a lot of mystery that will have you on the edge of your seat. From the very first page, I was spellbound by these fantastically described characters that you will find yourself falling in love with—or not. This is the love story of Adriana and Grayson, who is hot as hell, and how they were able to reunite because their love was stronger than they were. Because Adriana and Grayson parted when they were teenagers, gone their separate ways, then fate brings them back together—but not without secrets and consequences. The plot thickens as this suspenseful romance with troubled characters and mystery story will pulled you in from the beginning and did not let you go. There are several twists and turns within the storyline with mystery, intrigue, suspense, sex, sex—did I say SEX that is off-the-charts hot that makes it very interesting. The scenes are well written, fast-paced and flow smoothly from one scene to the next. This story will pique your interest and draw you in from the beginning. I cannot wait to read book 2.

What I liked about this book, was all the little twists and turns throughout. I love being on my toes and not knowing where a story is going to take me. I found the last few chapters the most thrilling and would have loved for those to have been sooner and stretched out perhaps - but as I said, I love a good twist!
The characters were interesting and totally different to anyone I know personally, so it made it quite fun to read. There were definitely some loathsome characters in there! I wanted to physically reach in and strangle some of them at times!
I look forward to seeing what else this author has up her sleeves.

This was such a treat to read. I don't usually gravitate to mystery/suspense novels when I do my romance book reviews but I am so glad that I did. This book was such a surprise from start to finish that I literally and metaphorically could not put it down.
In Consequence by Mina S. Love, we meet Adriana and Grayson. Well, we actually meet quite a few people but Adriana and Grayson are the main characters throughout.
When I read the blurb for this book and then began to read the story I was a little worried. It starts out when they are in high school and I thought "Oh no, this isn't about seventeen year olds is it?" Don't get me wrong, I love Young Adult (YA) stories, however I was all geared up to read a mystery about people in their mid/late twenties even thirties so I did a bit of a double take.
