Textbooks are textbooks - I've had worse but also better.

This book was much more confusing then I would have liked it too be. Thankfully I was familiar with the material before and a study group helped me with what I didn't understand. The descriptions with the graphs were absolutely terrible, and the words are all trying to say the same thing. The sentences were confusing because of this and lead to clutter in the paragraphs. Maybe the next edition will fix these issues. Until it comes out try to have other sources of learning this material like I did. It'll help you more than this book could.
