One of the most niche reads for me—if not the most.
I'm so happy to have finished this book. It took me almost 2-3 months, but I'm so glad. It gives clear guidelines for everything I would have ever wanted to know about framing competency models —and it gives me content to talk about with like-minded people. Comprehensively written! I'd perhaps be willing to delve even deeper into the psychological POV of developing competency.
