Rate this book
Are you sick and tired of dealing with the problems that arise when trying to manage Millennials? The truth is that Millennials are a different breed and you must understand the way that they want to be managed. You cannot manage a Millennial the same way that the world has been managing people for hundreds of years. It just won’t work and you will just end up even more frustrated than you already are.

In this book, you will learn exactly what is going on inside the crazy head of a Millennial. You will find out what they want, why they want it, and how to help them get it. These days it takes a whole lot more than just a paycheck to make a Millennial want to be loyal and work hard for you. But you will never be able to get the most out of them and help them to reach success until you fully understand them.

Millennials are taking over today's workforce and they are here to stay. So you might as well learn how to keep them happy if you are going to get the most out of them while also keeping the doors of your business open in the process. Stop resisting change and start leading this new generation like a good boss should.

Whether you are a business owner, boss, parent, coach, friend, or teacher this book will help you to understand, get along, and make the most out of your time spent with Millennials.

You can reach your goals a lot faster if you will just help Millennials reach theirs...

Decent

Not bad high level content but I wish it would have provided some more in depth (detailed) examples that could be applied.
