Rate this book
Frankie is a punk rock singer that works as a secretary on the side. At her first show, she sees an attractive woman in the audience and becomes fixated on her. One day, while she’s writing in the desert, the same woman drives up and exits her car. They hit it off, and the woman, Skylar, takes Frankie to meet her friends for a night of drinking. The next day, they get coffee and decide to have a relationship. Skylar tells Frankie that she has a terminal brain disease, and won’t live much longer than a year. They decide to fight through it, and also through the perception of their relationship from other people, to form a unique bond.

I tried, I did...but, this just did not work. A lot of proof reading errors.. and a story that seems disjointed, rushed, and not at all realistic. I like the idea, and if fleshed out with more character and relationship building I think it could have been amazing..
