Brownstein's masterpiece. This serial poem works on so many levels. I like the way the different sections bounce off each other, I like the vocabulary, the whole project is perfect. By far my favorite work by this author.

One of the most mysterious and utterly beautiful (book length) love poems of the late 20th century. Musical, mercurial, a stunning example of memory as mysticism.
