I have been cooking my way through this cookbook this summer and have loved all the variety from my regular BBQ fare. This book has many recipes for indoor electric George Foreman type grills, but I found everything worked on the BBQ. Several keepers here, especially the Pork Roast with Seasoned Crust pg 86. I served this at a family get together and it disappeared without a trace!
