Rate this book
The only comprehensive introduction to the input-output model for which Leontief was awarded the Nobel Prize in 1973, this volume traces the step-by-step development of the model's theoretical foundations, showing how the methodology was broadened in response to the demand of various practical
applications. It covers recent applications and a range of issues that include the generation and elimination of pollution, the effects of technological change on employment and income distribution, and more. Including 12 new essays, this revised edition reflects the past developments and present
