This reads like an unedited high school research paper and I wasn't sure I was going to make it through the first chapter. However, it was a quick read, so I kept going. It definitely got better after a few chapters and does have a lot of great info and ideas, though I've already read most of this in other places. I liked that she brought it all together and included the sort of checklists/summaries of the points at the ends of the sections. I'll probably keep a copy of these lists for future use!
