Spent $20 on Amazon to get this. It arrived and was so thin (42 pages, including introduction, titles, dedication, etc) that it was stapled instead of bound.
Most of the advice was good, but there are a few whoppers in there that a buyer would be in massive trouble believing (e.g. "Never pay more than 60% of collections for a practice). Luckily, very few of the advice and assertions provided in the book were backed up with anything resembling facts or logic.
This should be a blog post, not a book.
