Found some pretty good points on self developing and capacities management. Also explains in an interesting way how habits are formed and work, from scientific point of view (level of neurons and neurochemicals). Overall, easy book. The reason I like religious books is that it makes a point on subject of Hope, which people tend to neglect. But as stated in this very book "Hope without determination is only wishful thinking". A book for reading during a travel or in between. Costed 0.47 cents, fully paid it's price :D
