Throughout this book we see a blank character with small quirks grow into a whole new person because of the friends and experiences in his new life after being secured and contained by psy-orgs. This super power driven book really gave me a lot more insight into what sort of creativity a writer can really have on their own books. I like how immersive the book is and how much emotion is present. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys just forgetting the world around them.

Almost the entirety of the book is in essence a flashback. Wish I had known ahead of time. I kept waiting for them to continue the part at the beginning. It's really interesting though not as much action I thought there would be. Very detailed world building. In conclusion: Not what I expected, but I really liked it.
