If you work with pets in any capacity this book is well worth reading; if you have watched the conference videos associated with the book it's even more valuable because you will pick up info that you probably overlooked. Personally I'm a dog walker and pet sitter and like many in the pet services industries we don't often have the opportunity to connect with other professionals. That's where this book is very helpful. The interviews with Trish King and Dr. Ian Dunbar are especially informative but many other professionals are also included in areas such as finance and creating a healthy lifestyle. This is a book that I will keep on my bookshelf as long as I'm working in the pet care industry.
