Raar verhaal en raar grote hoofden.

An enjoyable read together with the first part of this series, but it lacks something I did find in some of Sandoval's other works such as Nocturno and Le cadavre et le sofa. Those stories had, just like this title a lot of mystery and unexplainable fantasy and imagination, but somehow it worked better in the aforementioned works. Perhaps what I missed was some depth to the characters and dialogues that felt a little odd. Nevertheless I look forward to reading more books by Tony Sandoval.

De poëtische tekeningen die een nostalgische kwaliteit hebben, de intrigerende sfeer,.... het zorgt ervoor dat ik zeer vergevingsgezind ben betrekkelijk het manke scenario.
