I'd been to the Glensheen Masion and on Gangter tours in Saint Paul, which are certainly fun. This book gives you some more of that information that you may have forgotten from the tours and then plenty of other new cases that I do not think that I would have come across on my own. Yes, History can be fun!!

I do like crime reporting, and I have actually heard about most of these crimes in Minnesota. Interestingly two of the "most famous crimes" happened in my coverage areas Mound and Orono. This was just a short overview of the cases.

Enjoyed every minute of this book, especially the Congdon story. I remember the T. Eugene Thompson story from when I was a kid, and later, Virginia Piper.
