Dr. Stufflebeam and Dr. Zhang are my heroes as they guide me through each step of the CIPP Evaluation process in this fabulous book. This is definitely my go-to book as I work towards completing a program evaluation for my dissertation. This book is so much better than the dry textbooks to which I had been succumbing.
