A comprehensive analysis of the dos, don'ts & whys of natural menopause symptom preventions. A good read but maybe too detailed for my current menopausal brain! Will certainly be putting much of this advice into my weekly nutrition as is practical.
There is a lot of very good information in here. I borrowed this from the library as there was nothing specifically on hormone imbalances for women, this was the closest I could find. It did however answer a lot of my questions and made me thin ahead for the time when I will need it.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a more natural, holistic approach to female hormonal imbalances.
