STAY - The Power of Meditating in God's Presence
Do you aspire to live a life of joy, peace and fulfillment only to find that it's as elusive as the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow? Do feelings of inadequacy, disappointment and frustration hold you back?
Sophia was a busy working mother of two when chronic sleeplessness struck and left her struggling to cope. Stay is the honest and hopeful story of how she identified the roots of her restlessness and overcame them through the ancient and powerful practice of biblical meditation.
In her ground-breaking book, Sophia invites us all to realize that when we learn to be mindful of God and 'stay' in his presence, we experience a life-transforming power that frees us to live a joyful and fulfilled life, one where we are truly at peace.
Written with refreshing candour and wisdom, Stay is a life-changing read.

I was looking forward to reading this book (given the praise it received) because I was anxious for guidance in meditating in God's presence. Unfortunately I got a testimony book with some hints and tips thrown in at the end. Very disappointing.
On the plus side, it is an interesting testimony, if somewhat repetitive.
And on a petty note, whoever proofread this book needs to attend a proofreading course.
If like me you are striving to learn how to just 'be still' and know God, then may I suggest -

It is very rare that the Epilouge is more helpful than the rest of the book - brilliant testimony and very helpful tips on meditating in God Presence! Would have loved if the book was a guide to meditating in Gods Presence and the epilogue was Sophie’s testimony

What an absolutely brilliant book about how God stays with you and how you need to stay with God through difficult times! Such a great read and reminder of God's love and comfort!
