Haven't read it yet, but sat next to him on an airplane ride from Denver to New Orleans and finally ended up learning about his book and discussing its concepts because I mentioned that I was readying The E-Myth Attorney by Michael E. Gerber, who wrote the forward to this book. Essentially same themes as The 4 Hour Work Week but more nuts and bolts. Going to order and study it.

This is not just a book on outsourcing, but in explaining what to outsource it's actually a great business strategy book even if you do not plan to outsource. One the best non academic strategy books I have read.
