This book was a really nice read! The murder plot aspect was really well done, I liked Penny's background and her committment to the twins. The twins were done just right, not too much and yet enough to be good side characters and offer cute interaction with the hero.

I may have read this one years ago, but did not remember the whodunit of the plot. The contrasts of themes of the sailor landed unwillingly on land and the mother who never had a child was well done, i thought. A fun quick read.
