Interesting but....
The story is definitely interesting to those of us who have been fans of Star Wars since the beginning. However, I was disappointed at the lack of sophistication and development. Clearly,it could have been better written, more developed, and definitely better edited. This seems like Disney's haphazard attempt at filling in a gap; I expected higher standards from Disney.

Disappointed
I found this to be poorly written. I'm not a fan of fiction written in the present tense, especially in Star Wars which is supposed to be a long time ago. To be honest, this has the feeling of fan-fiction and I am uncertain that it is not. Frankly, I hope it is. Otherwise, the new new expanded universe will be far worse off than the old.

A few short stories
Written more for older kids, but a nice way to fill in some "gaps" leading up to the new trilogy. I like the Mace Windu angle.
It still aggravates me to read an eBook full of grammatical and punctuation errors.

Overall decent read explains where Knights of Ren came from
Some errors in the writing here and there but no so big that you didnt understand what he was trying to say

Good read
I am a huge star wars fan this book has giuben a good insight to some "missing links" from the movies but then books are always better than the movies !!!
