I expected more detailed stories. The charming thing about this book was that you are able to "hear" unedited thoughts from a man who remembers a beloved place from his youth. The text is repetitive and would have benefited from an editor’s input. I respect the author as he attempts to tell of the great faith, integrity and community of these people who live in a most interesting place.
