This was an adorable book that I tripped upon on the forgotten shelves of a daycare center. In beautiful illustrations and a slightly poetic flow the story is told of angel babies who are awaken from the cloud-formed beds to start the chores found on earth.

The writing is very simple and easy to follow while the book will work well for those who are just past the level of learning to read. Although not in bold format the letters are quite big so they won't be missed either.

What I love about the book is the illustrations that are light-colored, detailed and quite realistic. They show various angelic babies in all kinds of chores but doing best what any angel baby may be called upon before being called home, which is given a peaceful background.

Not a true classic but sweet nonetheless....
