Freedom comes with a price.

Serenity Cantwell desperately wants to end the curse which transforms her boyfriend, Sam, into the New Jersey Devil. The same curse which keeps both of them bound to the town of Leeds Point. Running out of options, and with her inability to control her magic, she uses a Resurrect spell to bring her dead ancestor, Mary, back from the dead. Serenity wants her to reverse the curse, but Mary has other plans. And resurrecting Mary may be her worst mistake ever.
Not only does Mary seek revenge on the town because of something that happened in the past, but it’s up to Serenity to stop her before she wipes Leeds Point, New Jersey off the map. As if it can’t get any worse, Mary teams up with psycho Josh, and a battle between the supernatural is unleashed on the town. If Serenity can’t manage to control her powers, she will lose everyone she loves, including Sam.

Nice

This was a good book. I was worried a few times about some of the careless decisions she was making and how everyone wanted to protect her instead of helping her become stronger but it all came together....
