I bought this book to help with applying kinesio tape to my knees for pain relief -- I wanted a well-written guide to proper technique. This book is anything but that. It's an overview of different applications, but the language is poor, the photos are grainy, and the one skinny model they use for the entire book gives me the serious heebie-jeebies.
