Grrrr... idk I thought it was interesting at first, but then it just got boring... In a sense that there's stuff going on, but no longer strictly food-related, again, that's not something bad, just that it suddenly became less unique and just like any other books in this genre. I'll give it a 3 to represent 3.5, because the first half did show how much our main gal cares about gourmet and at what lengths she's willing to go, but I just felt that it got unnecessarily sidetracked, such as the part about investigating the crimes...
