Interesting analysis let down by some very obvious biases.
Apparently in the US section more than 2 warheads risks fratricide, where in the USSR section this is subtly changed to more than 3 warheads risks fratricide, leading to significant inconsistencies in the analysis of first strike capabilities. Disappointing in an otherwise useful analysis.
