He graduated from the Arabic department at the Institute of Oriental Languages at Moscow State University, where he studied in 1965-1970.
In 1970 - 1972 he served as an officer-translator at the highest officer courses "Shot" them. Marshal B.M. Shaposhnikov.
In 1972-1975, a graduate student of the Faculty of Philosophy, Moscow State University.
In 1976 he defended his thesis "The main aspects of modern Islamic ideology in the Arab countries."
In 1975-1981 and 1984-1990 he worked at the Institute of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the CPSU, having gone from a senior teacher to a professor.
In 1981-1984, the director of the Soviet Cultural Center in Algeria (ANDR).
In 1989 he defended his doctoral dissertation "Socio-political views of the Arab-Islamic philosophers of the Middle Ages. IX-XV centuries. "
He worked as the general director of the Soviet-American joint venture Literary Gazette International, the director of the Gorbachev Fund scientific program, and the leading specialist of the Strategic Planning Division of the MAPO-MIG military industrial complex.

يبدو ان الكاتب شيوعي يكتب عن التنظيمات الاسلامية. التحيّز واضح في جنبات الكتاب ، جميع التنظيمات والأحزاب الاسلامية رجعية ومتخلفة وتسعى لإرجاع العالم العربي الى عصور التخلف والرجعية.
العنوان شدٓني لقراءة الكتاب وكانت خيبتي به كبيرة
