There was a lot of concise information in this book that immensely helped with understanding aspects of each event more easily. The chapter on the forces different event encounter plus hurdling all contributed especially to the foundational knowledge I already had. Some chapters could have gone deeper (there was one that might have been only a page), but it was a quick read that, again, I got a lot out of which can be applied back to the sport while helping me understand similar movements outside the track.
