I have IBS and like a lot of people who suffer with IBS I have dairy and gluten intolerances, this book isn't good for those with intolerances unfortunately. I had hoped this book would concentrate on the ones who have to limit the types of food in their diet and help with recipe ideas but this wasn't the book for me.

Found the information at the beginning of the book affirming as I have been struggling with pinpointing exact foods that cause flare ups in my IBS. Haven’t tried any of the recipes yet but looking forward to.

I think a lot of these recipes would definitely bother our IBS. I wonder how she decided what was acceptable and what was not.

Lots of good recipes, though the measurements of ingredients wasn't always right.
