I like different parts of this book for different areas of my life. I don't think it's one of those books where you read the whole thing and apply the Yogi Code as a principle across all avenues of life. Instead, I read chapters here and there, not in a linear order and that worked for me.

So let me get to the point I tired to give this book a chance but it had things that turned me off. His comment regarding eczema and heart attacks occur because we don't breathe deeply enough is a long shot. Stating that "breathing correctly is more powerful than any food, medicine, or treatment you could ever have" is just misleading. The topics where nothing life changing and he promotes his stuff which always is a dislike on it own to me. Your work should speak for itself and if I am really interested I will pick up the other books.

There are daily practices in the book and some are good. There are some insightful things in the book but not that many. I just felt this book didn't hit the mark for me.
