I've been writing for twenty years. No, seriously. That's what happens when your mother is an English teacher who gets bored easily. I was raised in Kingston (Jamaica) and currently reside in New Orleans; we don't talk about where I was born. I'm also one-third of the very forward-minded publishing company Shalamar. There's very little I take seriously, and I've been informed that my sarcasm mode and my normal mode are too similar. I live under the constant surveillance of my suitably duplicitous house plants, Thing 1 and Thing 2. The police don't believe that the plants are engineering my demise. This book was wonderful! I loved the action and the mystery! Trying to figure out what each player's plan was the best part. There were sides to choose from and it was hard to make a choice. I loved the main character implicitly! She was just awesome!
