Dieter Finke: Return of the Panther

For Dieter Fink, nature is the source of his inspiration. His sculptures of birds, panthers and other animals belong to a dark brigade that only comes into being in the constant interplay of light and shadow. The skeleton framework lets the viewer sense the power of the demonic, and it is the fragmentary nature of his work that materializes the general conditions of our the lack of spirituality and the loneliness of humankind.
