For a concept that has so much potential I'm still confused as to what happened or what was happening. It was written hastily, had horrible setup even if it is the second volume, and skipped around missing some parts it seemed like it wanted us to infer a lot of information about the world and it's characters like we knew them prior to reading even volume 1. Honestly, wasted potential, not worth the read.

Though it does have character sheets for DnD so there is a redeeming quality if you want to incorporate some of the monsters into your games. Which honestly is kind of a cool idea, the most in this volume was probably the most fascinating thing about this book.
