Dreary adolescent drivel that tries *ever* so hard to be "poetic" but only results in being nauseating twaddle. Clichéd and awful. Do yourself a favour and don't bother.

This is a beautiful book. Poetic language and interesting characters set against beaches and the ocean. I think I'll definitely have to reread it though, to get the full impact.
