I received this book, along with the rest of my veterinary class, from the Dean of my veterinary medicine school. I was also fortunate enough to have sat through a few lectures by the author Ethan Dawe. This book is very straight forward and gives a lot of helpful advice when dealing with student loans. My favorite thing about this book is that it's written as though the author is talking directly to you. It keeps your attention and simplifies it for those of us that are not accountants. Definitely a good book for anyone in college or who needs help with managing their money!

This is one of many financial books that I have read as a person of vet med and it is written by a older, religious man that is not in vet med. it has some good points but still the pretty blanket stuff you get from other places.

I read this book straight through after buying it for my son-in-law, who is in veterinary school. I was so impressed with the financial information, that I bought two more copies - one to keep, and one to give to my son who is hoping to enter law school in a year from now. Most of the information and financial wisdom in this book can be applied to anyone in any job situation or profession.
