Shay and Vyshon seem to have had a fairytale meeting of love at first sight. Seeing all the attributes in each other that they always desired in the opposite sex creates an unbreakable magnetism between the two. Everything seems to be one big fantastic roller coaster of ecstasy and black love until their individual baggage begins to become clutter in their new life together. With family interfering and temptation around the corner, things get pretty hot and sticky once the truth comes to the light and headboards go bump in the night.
This cliffhanger ending was a great way to confirm my dedication and nosiness to inquire what happens next. This was an easy read. All characters are realistic and slightly typical. The two main characters, Shay and Shon seem to be doing a good job adulting; both have great jobs, doing their best raising their kids but Shon still got a little bit of thot in him. Not a disrespectful gallon amount of thot, just like a 1/2 a cup of thot. But sometimes being around thots get you shot! Bars!
So the book wasn’t bad. But i felt like it was all over the place. The title had me thinking it was an erotica book but it wasn’t. The book did go with the title and it was a quick read so that makes me want to what’s going to happen. There was a few grammatical errors that confused me and I’m hoping part 2 is a lot better. I was really confused one who was who because it was jumping around
