Robert L. Brown is a partner of Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP. He advises on investments, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures for US companies and foreign companies' operations in the United States, including manufacturing, distribution, sales, retail and wholesale operations. During the past five years, Mr. Brown has assisted many US companies in setting up manufacturing and distribution operations in Asia. Chair of his firm's China Team and International Team, he has also worked in London, New York City, Tokyo, San Francisco, and San Diego.
