This book literally got better with every page I read.
Together with 春恋, this is a beautiful love story about a couple who meet and fall in love when they are very young, and things don't work out then. Then they meet again after they have grown up, and this time it works.
Aki's and Misato's relationship is full of warmth and love, and reading about it just made me really happy. It also was refreshing to see them deal with coming out and getting acknowledged by Misato's parents as well. If anything is lacking, it's a bit more from Aki's perspective, although judging from the bits we do get that might have turned out rather sappy.. Still, this was very satisfying and lovely. It reconfirmed the fact that Asaoka Modoru is my favourite discovery of this year <3
