This is a short book on Andres Segovia's technique with a short intro on classical guitar history. The book uses the picture book format so you can really see Segovia's hands and position in the large photographs. Overall the information and text is useful but one wishes there was more of it.

This is an excellent book for the beginning classical guitarist, as it shows photographs of Andres Segovia's hand positions - very important for both technique and tone. Upon publication, this was the only source that was available for this information - other than studying with Segovia himself or attending one of his master classes.
