This is a record of dreams and several other past lives which leads the author to believe he actually had lived before. The dreams in full color of being a confederate soldier turn up the most frequently. He dreams of many different scenes. He also describes how he corresponds with others about his phenomenon.
He allowed Dr Hans Holzer to hypnotize him which brought on the dreams and flashbacks more frequently.
I found this book very interesting as I don't think he could have imagined all those scenes. In fact he found a photograph of one person he had seen in his dreams in a book about civil ware generals.
Now that would really bog your mind!
