It's a thoughtful analysis of why some people seem to enjoy retirement while others crumble. Forgive the authors if they mix a few platitudes in with their epidemiology - there's plenty to ponder in this book and I can't think of too many experts who have more insight into the reality of what it takes to takes to age with a bit of grace.

Good, commonsense approach and advice. I'd like to own this so I could re-read it off and on.
