Penny Harmon is a writer of women's fiction and romance. She is proud to call Maine home, and you will find all of her books have a connection to Maine.

I started writing seriously many years ago, but spent too much time writing the "not fun stuff" as I call it, like web content and even newspaper articles. My dream was always to write fiction novels, and I couldn't be happier to have reached my dream.

My goal in writing is for the reader to come away happier and satisfied they took time out of their day to read my book.

Love With Your Everything

Penny Harmon

Oh my gosh, this series just keeps getting better and better with each book. LOVE WITH YOUR everything is Emily's story. She has lived on Rocky Isle her whole life and is a single mother to Anna. When the new sheriff comes to town cell phones start buzzing. Emily and her friends have a little game going that when they see a hot guy they immediately text their friends with "I saw him first". Let me just say, Emily is not the one to send the text about Todd, the hot and gorgeous sheriff. I loved this story and once I started reading I couldn't put it down. I have come to love these people and they feel as if they have been my friends forever. There was so much mystery and suspense with this story, I found myself holding my breath at certain points while reading.

Penny Harmon is now on my author radar and she will have me running to every book she releases. LOVE WITH YOUR EVERYTHING is exactly why. She has a way of making you feel as if you are right there on the island, right in the middle of all the characters lives and dealing with whatever is going on. The ladies and their significant others of Rocky Isle are the best of friends and they always have each other's backs. I love that about them. They don't ask questions, they just ask "what can I do?".

LOVE WITH YOUR EVERYTHING by Penny Harmon is book three in the Rocky Isle Romance series. The next book, The Magic of The Sunrise comes out in August and is Ashley's story.
I'm so excited to continue this wonderful and heart warming series.

Very enjoyable book. The girls are all back and this time, it ends up being Emily's turn at HEA. Todd is the new sheriff in town and in tow he has a teenage daughter. Emily's teenage daughter Anna, and Todd's daughter Kirsten hit it off and are immediately best friends. Well, almost the same thing goes for their parents. There is that shock and boom! they are falling fast. It was a little too instalove this time for me to swallow. I loved the story as a whole but Emily has always been so independent, I almost wanted her to struggle more with falling. Many things happen, including a very bad part of Todd's past coming to the island, but all is well. The ending has a nice little twist to it. I can't wait to read Ashley's story next. I think Bart is in for the time of his life, lol. Go cousin!

The more I read about the folks on Rocky Isle, the more I fall in love. True to a good romance novel, "Love With Your Everything" is a boy meets girl story, but with so much more.

Emily runs a coffee shop and raises her daughter best she can as a single mom. She is genuinely happy with life, in walks Todd, quite literally the new Sheriff in town. He bring along with him his daughter, Kirsten, who is similar in age to Emily's daughter.

Needless to say, the story brings you to so many places emotionally. I was on the edge of my seat through most just not sure where they were going to end up.

This is the 3rd book in the Rocky Isle Romance Series and so far, my favorite. Each one is getting better and better, but maybe it is because the author, Penny Harmon, is bringing me further into this world. I am becoming "friends" with these girls on the island and I just cannot wait for Ashley's story. Cmon August!!

GAHHHH Penny did it again!!! I love that each of these "love at first sight" type romances are so different and so real! Penny doesn't sugarcoat the romances, she tells it like it is! Now the story of Todd and Emily may be a little more far fetched than the others with how quickly Todd and Emily moved along but it was still real! Everything from when they first had sex to what they were fighting about and why they were fighting. All of that is so real!

I also love that both of them are single parents and that their daughters are so close. They are two genuine and really deserving people, it was great to read their love story. Todd is this great man who had a horrible thing happen to him and his daughter, and Emily is this adorable dinner owner who just isn't ready to give up her heart. Their story is one of my favorites so far, I can't wait to hear about Ashley!!!!!

Started off with Book 3 because it fit a challenge I had to do.

There were a lot of things wrong that should have turned me off from the series, let alone from the book. Too many rushed instances, the drama played out a little too much, and the main female character I really liked through most of the book got eye rolling frustrating near the end. The book should have been longer. Had there been more time given to letting the story unfold and characters grow, it would have easily been a 4 Star worthy book.

But despite all its fault, the story still managed to suck me in and be entertaining. Definitely an easy read. I am tempted to start from the beginning of the series and give this a go, but it probably wont' be something I'll read any time soon.

Love this series! It just keeps getting better and better. The characters are good strong women who can take care of business. If you haven't read these books you have too. Great setting, little twists and turns, and some romance to boot!
