For a beginner reader, this book is excellent in introducing the political parties that make up our government. Easy to follow illustrations and non-bias history explains the creation and expansion of the people and parties that made our government the machine it is today. A nice read.

My seven year old son love comics but I'm careful about what he reads and these books were great! This particular book is very balanced and fair - it's also fun and silly! Political ideas are hard to explain younger kids and these books really help out with that, which I appreciate!
