It takes you through the journey he has gone through, both physically and mentally. What this book tells me is that even if you feel tired, most of the time you still have stored energy. Looking at what he has over come (10 sleep,food,water-deprived days and 40kg equipment to drag, yet he still cover 700 km= 430 miles in 10 days! OMG) What am I complaining just now?
