Despite being a book from the 90's, it has a lot of content that is still relevant today. The sequencing was well done in terms of providing the concepts then applying them to each sport. Also, the amount of information that covered each sport, such as the different events in track and the various strokes in swimming, allowed for a great comprehensive look at each sport and how to focus/prepare for developing certain aspects in executing those parts.
