I was torn between a three or a four review for this book. I have previously read this authors poems which I readily gave a five. This story was az bit drawn out for me. But I think it was well told and thinks others may like it better so I am going with a four star. This is the story of family but centers mostly on the relationship between husband and wife, Harry and Isobel Fisher. Most of the story is told from Isobel's room where she is recovering from an accident. Harry and Isobel have had a rocky relationship and discover things aren't the same as they were when they first married. This story is an introspective look at life, love and the secrets that go with it.
