Meet the beauty Persia Benjamin, she is a 22 year old feisty free spirit. She lives her life without a care in the world & the only thing she loves is her family. Persia and her siblings are born hustlers; they know how to get it by any means necessary. Money isn’t the motive for the Benjamin siblings, the thrill is. With more than enough money Persia continues to help her siblings out because of the excitement she receives from pulling off licks. When things start to get shaky, Persia questions if the excitement is worth her life.
Brick is the man around the Chi, since his mentor Benny handed him the throne. With his arrogant and cocky nature Brick feels he is untouchable, until he get’s touched. Brick is a firm believer in kill or be killed. He goes on a manhunt through the gutter streets of Chicago looking for his enemy only to end up finding Persia.
With both Brick and Persia offering different things will they be able to find love? Or will everything end in a double homicide? They say love is supposed to be a beautiful thing but what happens When Loving a person becomes a crime?

A MUST READ!!!
This book was so good. I couldn’t imagine what I would do in Persia situation. Pike is crazy and needs to be dealt with...I love Persia and Brick together...I hope she’s ok...that ending WOW...I can’t wait to read part 2...Bianca Marie you outdid yourself with this one...great job....#0108

A lot of typos but good book

Great read!
This was a really good read. I loved the storyline and there was a lot of twists and turns. Coming to the end of the book it seemed like the editor just decided not to check the punctuation errors, cuz there was a lot. But it didn't take away from the storyline, that you were confused and didn't know what was going on. Great job otherwise, anxiously awaiting part two!

Wow these story was crazy from the robbing to all the drama a page turner for real..... I loved the relationship the siblings had but, they were really into some bad things and eventually it will catch up to you.... Pike is really crazy if he will hurt his own mom run like Hell I feel sorry for piper and A Lexus and did he really go after his sister this dude is sick..... I hope Brick and Persia survive and the baby heartbreaking.....#0108

A Must Read. This author definitely brought her A game with this one. I like Persia's character. Family over everything. Brick was good for her. Pike needs some real help before its too late. But he deserves whatever comes his way. It was hurt,betrayal and a lot OMG's. I hope Persia makes it she needs her happily ever after. Great Job

A great read
This was a great read. A real page turner with plenty of drama and action. The storyline was different from my usual read and it was a refreshing change from the norm. It kept me turning the pages. Nothing but twists and turns. It kept me guessing trying to figure out what was going to happen next. I really enjoyed this read and I highly anticipate reading part 2.
