Invincible Summer review
What triggered writing this book was my perplexity about the fact that different generations have areas of strong disagreement. So I set about researching core values by generation and noticed that to get on we all need to espouse certain core values that will reduce tension and help us fit in with other people. These core values are outlined in this book -=as well as how we can attain them. These values will improve our communication and relationships. They are:- being more time efficient, having a sense of belonging, and being given appropriate appreciation and recognition.

We all possess inner strengths and we can boost our mental swiftness by speeding up our brains in order to think faster, remember more and make decisions more easily. Moreover we can take back control of our emotions- so that our feelings serve rather than manage us. When we speed up our responses and re-gain more control over our emotions we improve our sense of belonging and give us the satisfaction that we are appreciated.

Our daily challenges can feel like a harsh winter, but with these dynamic tools outlined in this book, we can adapt and experience what Albert Camus describes as an “Invincible Summer”.
